About Fire Street Pizza

Wood-fired Neapolitan pizza in Belton, Texas. The oven runs 900Β° on live oak, and most nights you can feel it before you find a seat. Slow-fermented dough, charred properly, the kind of crust that ruins you for the chain stuff. Texas craft on tap, a bar that keeps moving, and live music Thursday through Sunday under the patio bulbs. Kids on the playground, a family table next to a date night next to a six-top winning at trivia!. We're ten minutes east of I-35 on FM 439. The food truck travels too! Belton, Temple, Killeen, anywhere the fire's invited. Local family owned. Human friendly. We're here for ya!

This is a true hidden gem of the area. Plenty of outdoor seating shaded by trees with live music on Sunday makes this the place to go for lunch. The pizza is delicious and there's a massive field with tons of activities (tether ball, cornhole, kid's play area, horse shoes) for groups and families.

We were driving by after the lake and found this pizza spot. Food and service was good! Good place to stop, enjoy pizza, and play a few outdoor games.

Fire Street Pizza is literally in the middle of farmlands. The drive is worth it when you're a pizza lover. That's me! They serve some interesting preset pies, but bake them in the traditional Napoletani way. Thin crust with tasty ingredients and a drizzled sauce makes a party of flavors in your mouth. Its bar offers local IPAs and flights for the undecided. Inside, the decor isn't quite country, however it's fun and musically eclectic. I was told the owner loved collecting and had a bunch of nostalgic vinyls. I actually wish some of them were spun or maybe have a DJ in certain nights. There's daily entrainment anyway and elevated TVs. The outdoor seating invites crowds with tables made for large families or groups. A stage provides space for local performers and live bands. The vibe's really cool. Fun for kids and big kids lies some yards away with games and a treehouse playground. Their big okay tree is a pleasant shield from the extra warm sun. It's your turn to become a pizza lover! Check out Fire Street Pizza!

Could be great pizza, but they overload the oven drawing heat out of the oven for mass production. They service mainly military family’s so more quantity fast food style service is better. I really enjoy the flavor but after ordering three times and having pizza toppings falling off and weak crust not again. Yes I worked in a wood fire oven for three years. Unfortunately this isn’t it.

We go to Fire Street what feels like every other week and are absolutely obsessed. And if you’re a ranch lover, prepare yourself, you will not be disappointed. Their ranch alone deserves its own review! I’m typically a creature of habit and order the same thing everywhere I go, but Fire Street is one of the very few places where I’ll regularly try something new because everything I’ve had there has been delicious. Whether it’s pizza, appetizers, or specials, they consistently knock it out of the park. Beyond the food, the owners, management, and staff are truly exceptional. We’ve hosted multiple client appreciation events there, and every single time they have gone above and beyond to help make them successful. Their customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate large groups are second to none. We recommend Fire Street Pizza on both a personal and professional level. Amazing food, amazing people, and a business that genuinely cares about its customers. Five stars every time!! πŸ•β€οΈ
